Maintains a strong referral pipeline and successfully converts qualified referrals into admissions to maintain census in line with budgetary goals. Manages the assessment and admissions process for potential and new clients and works with outside entities to maintain a steady stream of professional referrals, always representing Trivium New England in a professional and amiable manner. Reports to the Senior Regional Director and works closely with the Director of Development to ensure marketing and outreach efforts meet program need and support admissions efforts.
