This position ensures ILP residents receive regular, timely, and person-centered support with activities of daily living (ADLs), treatment plan goals, and meaningful community integration. This position works closely with residents to promote independence, skill development, and stability while supporting progress toward individualized treatment and life goals. This position reports to the Program Manager.

The Medication Coordinator provides administrative support and oversight of medication-related systems, including but limited to the management and distribution of medications as directed, maintenance of medication documentation systems, and ensuring compliance with medication-related policies, procedures and licensing regulations. The Medication Coordinator will report to the Program Manager.
