Contributes to the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents by preparing and serving nutritious, delicious, and attractive meals. Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas and must follow safe food storage/handling practices. This position reports to the Program Manager.

Works closely in a residential setting with adults with chronic and complex mental health diagnoses. Supports and coordinates the delivery of services with the goals and objectives of the client within an interdisciplinary team. Fosters communication between the individual client, the treatment team, outside providers, and natural supports. Reports to the Program Manager.

Provides medication management, staff training as well as nursing oversight over all Trivium New England programs.

Support residents in achieving treatment goals, assisting with daily needs, and engaging in individual and group activities across all assigned settings.
