To manage client's day to day milieu across all assigned settings, instruct, supervise, and assist clients with routine care and activities of daily living and with social skills as well, striving to improve each resident's quality of life.

The Residential Clinician is responsible for providing clinical care to residents and upholding best practices through clinical services, team collaboration and documentation. The Residential Clinician will work cooperatively with the persons receiving services, all stake holders, and their interdisciplinary team to support the person's person centered plan to achieve quality outcomes. The Residential Clinician will report directly to the Clinical Director.

The Behavioral Health Intern will gain hands-on, real-world experience in working within the Behavioral Health field. Through our non-paid personal and professional development training, learn the different departments and services, as well as having the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of others.

This position provides daily cleaning and upkeep to the residence. This also may include helping clients who are utilizing Averte's Independent Living Program.
